What does it cost?

The hourly fee is split 50/50 between the parties. Normal cost is $200-$300 per hour. This means your cost will be $100 to $150 per hour. Most mediations Judy has scheduled have settled in 3-4 hours. Occasionally larger, complex issues may take 2 or 3 days or more than one session. Perhaps 3 hours 3 different days. While not all issues resolve, there is often much progress made towards reaching an agreeable solution.

We cannot guarantee your dispute will settle. However.
